Front of House Supervisor

We are looking for a talented individual to join our highly regarded Front of House team as a Supervisor at The Rose & Crown Inn in Ashbury. Described by Total Guide Swindon as ‘A perfect country Inn, known for excellent food’ The Rose & Crown Inn has a unique atmosphere reflecting the gentle pace of a friendly and welcoming village.

As a supervisor, you will be expected to support and deputise for the Assistant Manager when they are on days off or on leave. You will be experienced in ensuring a seamless and quality customer experience for all our guests including bar, dining areas and accommodation. From the initial reservation to checking out or leaving our pub, you will provide our customers with an outstanding experience through delivering excellent customer service skills, exceeding the expectations of the customer throughout their visit.

Our ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, able to work well within a team, have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and provide a warm welcome to our customers. With the ability to multi-task, you will be organised and efficient with a positive outlook and a sense of fun and professionalism.
