Check in from 5pm to 10pm (unless by prior arrangement)
Check out time is 11 am

Cancellation policy:

Flexible Cancellation:

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 12 noon, 48 hours prior to arrival.  Bookings cancelled thereafter will be charged the cost of the first night booked.

Advance Purchase:

A credit or debit card is required to charge full pre-payment at the time of booking. This is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Children and extra bed policy:

Children and families are welcome to stay. Our family room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Please feel free to bring your own travel cot.

Credit cards:

The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard & Amex. Diners Club is not accepted.

Damages:

An additional cleaning cost will be applied in the event of damage to linen and/or any furnishings. Should a room require excessive cleaning, appropriate charges will be made. Any additional damage to property within The Rose & Crown will be at the cost of the guest.

Internet:

WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge.

Parking:

Car park is free of charge, subject to availability.

Pets:

Dogs are welcome in all areas, including rooms. Extra charge of £10 per dog per night applies. Max 2 dogs allowed.

Smoking:

Smoking is not permitted within the hotel. We have 2 open courtyards located at the front and rear of the Inn for those who wish to smoke.

Room keys:

Please leave room keys at Reception if going out for the day and at check out. Lost keys will be charged at £35.00.

VAT:

VAT at the current rate is included.
 

Accessible information:

All of the bedrooms at The Rose & Crown are accessed via stairs, being a listed building there is no lift access to the guest rooms.
