Deputy Manager

We have an opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our highly regarded Front of House team.

As a Deputy Manager you will work alongside the General Manager in the organising, planning and day to day operations of the pub. You will be expected to deputise for the General Manager when they are on their days off or on leave, and during these times you will have responsibility for all back of house and front of house operations and are the line of communication between frontline team members and senior management. You will be expected to follow the General Manager's best practices, lead by example by driving customer service excellence, and create a positive experience for all our customers.

Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, personable, and approachable, pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service, and have a passion for the pub industry and experience in managing a Front of House team.
